For all your billing and general enquiries, our Business Customer Team is available from 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. Phone calls are normally answered within one minute or you can email for a written reply within 24 hours. If we cannot answer your enquiry straight away, then we will provide a realistic timescale for a reply and provide progress updates along the way.
For more dedicated and bespoke support, our free Account Management Service provides you with a named account manager. Their role is to understand your current and future trading requirements to ensure our services are aligned to your needs.
From billing and private network matters to general support and advice, our experienced Account Managers work with our customers at both corporate and site operational level.
And, for multi-site businesses, our Account Managers will be happy to work with you to align our services across all your sites, providing you with the consistency, confidence and assurance that all your sites are receiving the same level of support and services, making it easier for reporting and operational performance measures.
Our account managers are available by phone or email, but they prefer to meet you on your operational site, as this provides the context and understanding needed to ensure our services align to your site-specific requirements.
