We exist to serve Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water’s largest water consuming business customers who are eligible to participate in the competitive Open Water market. To be eligible, your site must consume over 50 Megalitres of water per annum.
As an arms-length department within Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, we hold our own water retail licence approved by OFWAT. We are regulated by and comply with the Open Water market regulations and Codes of Practice.
We work independently of the wider Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water business, utilising market systems and processes to access support from wholesalers, when customers need it.
We work with and for our customers. Our focus is on ensuring every customer receives quick responsive services, accurate and timely bills; and ensuring our full support at every opportunity. Our vision is to earn the trust of our customers every day.
