Domestic Waste
As a company, we manage the liquid domestic waste services in North & South Wales, including the Herefordshire area.
We operate a system of data loggers at our domestic waste discharge site across Wales and prides ourselves on our first class customer service, competitive pricing and the assurance that the disposal of your waste is compliant with legislation, protecting public health and the environment.
In fulfilling your obligations under the Waste (England & Wales) Regulations 2011, you are required to hold a current and valid Waste Carriers Licence.
Please note that if you do not hold a Waste Carriers License you will need to apply for one with Natural Resources Wales (NRW) in South Wales and the Environmental Agency (EA) in England & North Wales.
Our Charges
The charges are set in Dwr Cymru Welsh Water Scheme of Charges (2024 - 2025) and are as follows:
Fixed charge per load £10.25
Cess pool waste (Up to 2,000 mg/L): £6.54 m3
Septic tank waste (2,000 - 20,000 mg/L): £10.84 m3
Other Domestic Waste (Greater than 20,000 mg/L): £15.68 m3
Subject to a minimum charge based on a load of 4.5 m3 (approx 1000 gallons).
1. The company does not provide a sewerage service for the collection of domestic septic tank or cesspit waste. The cesspit charge will be limited to sewerage works that have a permanent manned presence. 2. The Company reserves the right to refuse waste which is found to have suspended solids in excess of 20,000 mg/L.
Key Fobs
To discharge at our sites, you would need to apply for fobs for each vehicle. There is a charge of £30.00 (plus VAT) per fob, per vehicle. Once a fob is applied for, is it sent recorded delivery to address provided.
Access Cards
Access cards for entry into some of our gated sites , you would require to apply for an access card for each vehicle. There is a charge of £30.00 (plus VAT) per access card, per vehicle.
Payment Terms
Payment details are provided on submission of a request form. Our payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.
Site Inductions
Please note that site inductions are mandatory for each driver at every site before discharging and would need to be renewed every 3 years. This will be covered at the end of the application process.
